In this episode we sit down with Quintin Rossi, the current Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer at Spear REIT Limited, the only regionally focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) investing strategically in the Western Cape.
Quintin is a property veteran who started his career as a broker, pounding the pavements in the commercial and industrial property space. In a natural progression for him, he went on to play a pivotal role at Redefine. Following his time there, Quintin co-founded what is now one of the country's biggest real estate success stories of our time in the formation of Spear REIT, which now has a portfolio in excess of R4.5 billion.
Quintin is as much of a family man as he is an inspiring CEO and entrepreneur. In this episode, he shares with us some of the invaluable lessons learnt during his property career and why he bets on Cape Town and the Western Cape as a region for long term growth.
