In this episode, we discuss how when we want to make changes are we are unsuccessful, we, as humans are great at making up excuses. My kids kept me up, I had to work late, I did not feel well - all viable reasons, I did not go to the gym today. So enough, we will start believing these unrealistic excuses and altogether, quit going to the gym. We explore a simple way to catch ourselves making these excuses and knowing when we need to just stand back up, and change direction, focusing our attention back to our end goal.
