The introduction is strong, full sounding, and professional. Then when you come in, your sound is bad. It's a shock after that introduction. It sounds like you put your phone on a table and press record. You can't succeed in podcasting with this type of audio. You can check out our gear guide and get something like the Samson Q2U and improve your sound for less than $100.
I liked your delivery (it sounded like you were talking) but you did somewhat learn me. Every point should be explaining how having a mentor is beneficial. I appreciated the transparency of your previous mentors and was looking for your own personal stories on how you had grown using a mentor.
I would update your sound quality and tighten up your content a little and you'll be right on track.
