After almost a decade in Corporate America, I burned out from office politics and being in a cubicle all day. It got so bad at work that I quit without a Plan B lined up. TWICE.Yep, I literally went into work one day and said I’m out. Another time, I tried being a little more strategic but I just couldn’t take another day working for people that I didn’t respect. That was the start of my journey to financial independence retire early, also known as FIRE. If you quit without a Plan B, here are some of the lessons learned to make that career pivot and getting your finances in order.
