Mama we made it!! lol season one is a wrap, and unlike like my scattered retail career I actually plan to come back. This episode we discuss the pros and cons of the two week notice, I personally see no benefit to the employee seems like it was created simply to allow the employer to prepare for your exit. I feel like the employer should receive the same amount of notice they would give the employee if they were going to fire them. That said I may be a bit biased having only actually submitted 2 weeks notice once in my entire employment career.
