What is life all about?

As we jog down the path of life we my stop to tie our shoes, pick a flower, or help someone or something. But we got to remember to keep going.

Sometimes we get into a negative head space that don’t allow us to progress. We have to take ownership and just realized our negativity. In the episode I address 3 big things. Tune in to listen.

Every year we set goals for ourselves to accomplish during that year. Sometimes it’s just a list but other times they are actually goals that we strive to accomplish.
