Quito has had quite a life journey. During his childhood, Quito had to escape from Laos and enter into a new land of America. Once in the land of opportunity he lived up to the expectations of his family, went through school, was accepted to University, and received a degree in engineering and technology. He landed a good job but soon realized that the job was draining his spirit and he needed a change. He transitioned into Realestate as an agent and accidentally stumbled into real estate investing when he wholesale his first property. After seeing the power of Real Estate as a vehicle to build wealth, Quito dove headfirst only to be rudely awakened a few years later when the market shifted in 08. He lost everything and hit a low point in life. From there Quito has begun to rebuild and now has a successful Investing business doing multiple flips a year and one of the toughest markets in the country.
