Surprise?! I never imagined that this was something I would be saying, but here we are. The world has a mysterious way of forcing you to work through things.

As a message to my younger self. I’m so proud of you and incredibly impressed by the way that you’re choosing to move through the world. We live in a society that prioritizes hustle over health. I, for one, have prioritized hustle over my own health for far too long. Now I’m standing in my truth, owning my decisions, and excited for what’s ahead.
