    Spike (shot) – Left

    • 1 oz vodka
    • drop Sriracha

      • Ideally, you’d want to try and float the drop of Sriracha /hot sauce of your choice.

      Vinyl Scratch #2 (shot) – Right

      • 1/2 oz gin
      • 1/2 oz blue curacao
      • 1/2 lemon

        • Rainbow Dash – Left, most charitably titled “Pixie Sticks in Grain Alcohol.”

        • Drink:
        • Glass of Hawaiian Fruit Punch
        • 1 and 1/2 oz blue curacao

          • Stir together.

          • Bomb Shot:
          • 1/2 oz gin
          • 1/2 oz vodka
          • 1/2 oz triple sec

            • Applejack – Right

            • 1 and 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
            • Apple cider (fill the glass)
            • a few dashes of Fee’s Peach Bitters

              • Begin with highball glass with ice, pour in Southern comfort, stir, then add Apple Cider to fill the glass. Top with dash of Fee’s Peach Bitters.
