As chair of the House Democratic Caucus in Olympia, Rep. Eric Pettigrew is responsible for keeping 57 strong-minded individuals moving in relatively the same direction for the good of the state and their constituents. As a representative of Washington's 37th legislative district, one of the most diverse in the state, he advocates for issues that matter to that district. Add in the fact that he presided over the election of Washington's first new House Speaker in two decades, and you've got a full plate. We'll talk about all this and more in today's "Capitol Ideas."
