A little over 24 hours ago, R-Truth confirmed in a video on Twitter that he had indeed suffered a quad injury during a match at NXT on November 1st. R-Truth confirmed that he underwent successful surgery, earlier today. The former two-time United States champion and 53-time WWE 24-7 champion is expected to be out of action for a while.
