While going through a pandemic on the outside, there were also a fair share of internal wars waging. This episode is a glimpse at my processing stages before getting to the other side of it all.

Living through a pandemic is already one for the books; but imagine having an even heavier storm in the midst of it all...

In today’s society of sensationalism and feelings being the front seat of all that everyone does. I want to help throw up those real life reminders of things that have become a norm that are still NOT the business.

If we can have a physical diet, why not do the same with our spiritual walk?
