In the ninth story of this podcast, we narrate the story of how Lord Ganesh helped Lord Shiva, his father to kill the all-powerful demon Tripurasur.

There was a demon child who became a devoted follower of Lord Ganesh and did severe penance to please him. In the boon, he asked not to be defeated by anybody in the world and was also given three palaces made of iron, silver, and gold which could only be destroyed by Lord Shiva. When he started dominating the gods, all gods and even Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva decided not to fight with him. But then Lord Ganesh decided to intervene to help the gods and helped Lord Shiva to beat the demon in the end.
