Bill Dobbie, the owner and co founder  of The Island of Raasay Distillery chats with Jo about starting from scratch on the tiny island of Raasay. With less than 200 inhabitants, the island now has an industry to call its own-  and there are some great stories of people coming back to the island to live and work and the Distillery gets up to speed. 
For whisky lovers, this is a fascinating look behind starting up - something that hasn't been achieved in Scotland for more than 50 years!
