It’s Race Week! Ironman Muncie 70.3 is here!

Race Director Ken High joined us on Delaware County Today to preview this year’s Ironman weekend — from transition strategies to tracking apps, community support to unpredictable Midwest weather!

 Athletes hit the transition area early to prep, check the weather, and get focused

 Relay teams will hand off timing chips between legs

 No livestream this year, but fans can track athletes via the Ironman Tracker app
