Prof. Adia Benton is a cultural anthropologist whose research focuses on global health, biomedicine and development/humanitarianism. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Northwestern University. In this inspiring episode of The Know Show Podcast, she discusses her incredible research that touches on the often unintended consequences of global health and humanitarianism, with a particular focus on epidemics and West Africa.
