We ask our expert guests how Care Resource Connection can set best practices with educating communities using the Race Equity Tools as well as community outreach and engagement best practices. As grantees of a MDH Regional Health Equity Network Grant, Care Resource Connection wants to take this expert advice to start the conversation in Anoka County ensuring the right people are in the room participating and making the decisions for their community what are the right resource connections at the right time. And are we going to learn as we go, yes, but by “being open and willing to learn” this is where we start.
