About your guest:
One of Rachel Maunder’s first observations about successful speakers was they all seemed to have a powerful story to share.
Held back by a belief that she didn’t have a story to share, Rachel set out to find a way to bring everyday stories to her speaking and now helps others to do the same.
With a passion for inspiring people to speak up and to share their stories, however big or small, and a knack for spotting the sweet spots in those stories, Rachel works with emerging speakers on finding and crafting their stories for maximum impact and greater success.
Her own speaking career began in court room, presenting cases on behalf of the Local Authority, later moving on to creating and delivering her own training on aspects of personal development, including workshops and individual coaching in presentation skills and other aspects of communication.
She is an active member of the London branch of the PSA (Professional Speaking Association) and continually works to develop her own skills both as a speaker and a coach.
