Rachel Nystrom, President of D&L Parts Company, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  D&L Parts Company is a wholesale distributor of HVAC and appliance equipment and repair parts.

Rachel’s father and grandfather founded the business in 1955.  Rachel joined the company in 2016 and was charged with modernizing the business.  She started by implementing a payroll system, and is currently implementing a warehouse management system and ERP system, all with the end goal of improving their customer and employee experiences.  Tune in to meet Rachel, learn more about the family business and its rich history in Charlotte, and their growth to 19 locations across 3 states with over 150 employees.
