Rachel has been a board member and senior advisor for various companies and serves on the Board of Directors of Dyper. Before this, she spent 15 years as an operator building billion brands at Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, and Procter & Gamble. Rachel serves as Chair of the Board of Latinas in Tech, holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.
