My journey as a Waldorf teacher has taken me ever deeper into honoring the path of the light. Ever since entering adulthood, I’ve loved marking the summer and winter solstice with ritual, though I didn’t grow up knowing about Imbolc. Honoring the light feels as true as anything I know. We feel it in our bodies. We respond to it in our energy systems. It’s one of the clearest ways I know to teach children connection to the Earth—because they can see it too: the darkness of winter, the long light of summer. My daughter is turning ten this year, and perhaps because this is her birth month, I’ve been drawn more deeply into the rituals of this season. She tells me she loves winter because it’s when she was born. I’ve always loved spring, for the same reason. She’s helped me deepen into this time of year and its many gifts- having always loved a long, warm summer’s day- complete with dips in refreshing water.
The Chills-Inducing Aha Moment That Changed Everything In this episode, I share the story of how a simple conversation with ChatGPT gave me full-body chills and helped me finally see how my worlds fit together — my background as a Waldorf teacher, my clairvoyant healing practice, and my passion for conscious parenting. You’ll hear how I realized that the energy work I’ve been teaching for years — grounding, clearing, and psychic boundaries — is actually this... We’ll explore why this generation of mothers is the first to raise children with both the language of energy and the understanding of trauma — and what that means for our evolution, our families, and the new earth we’re creating together. ✨ Tune in if you’re ready to understand your gifts in a whole new way — and see how science and spirit are finally speaking the same language.
When you were young, were you ever told — directly or indirectly — that you weren’t gifted? Many of us grew up believing we had no special talents, only to discover later that our sensitivity, intuition, and empathy were the very gifts we were born with. In this episode, Rachel Claire shares a deeply personal story about being left out of the “gifted and talented” group as a child — and how that experience shaped her understanding of what it truly means to be gifted. Now, as a clairvoyant healer and spiritual teacher, she helps others reclaim their innate gifts and remember their light. This conversation is for the intuitives, empaths, neurodivergent souls, and sensitive leaders who’ve ever doubted their worth. It’s time to deprogram the old stories, awaken your confidence, and recognize the brilliance that’s always been within you. ✨ If this resonates, explore Rachel’s new offer — “Gifted” — a 75-minute clairvoyant session to help you uncover and activate your spiritual gifts.
Have you ever known who was calling before you looked at your phone, or had a dream that came true the next day? These everyday experiences are more than coincidence—they’re glimpses of your psychic gifts. In this episode, Rachel unpacks the stigma around the word psychic, tracing its true meaning as “of the soul,” and shares her perspective on Christ consciousness, spirituality, and the sacred feminine. She dives into how trauma, sensitivity, and empathic gifts often shape us into powerful intuitives—and why owning your extrasensory perception is part of your soul’s work. If you’ve ever questioned your intuitive experiences or felt hesitant to claim your gifts, this conversation will help you normalize, honor, and embrace the high soul that you are
Have you ever felt like there must be more to life than what you’re living right now? In this episode, Rachel shares the raw and real story of leaving behind a steady career as a schoolteacher to follow her intuition into the unknown. Do you ever feel stuck, repeating the same patterns, or held back by emotions you can’t quite name? In this heartfelt episode, I explore the deep and transformative work of inner child healing. You’ll learn how unmet needs from childhood show up in adult life, why reparenting is essential, and how to speak to those younger parts of yourself with compassion and authority. I share personal stories, spiritual perspectives, and practical tools to help you integrate old wounds, set healthy boundaries, and become the grounded, loving adult your inner child—and your children—need. Whether you’re on a personal healing journey or navigating parenthood, this episode will help you create a more connected, authentic life.
In this episode, I share the surprising emotional and spiritual benefits of camping with children—and why it’s about so much more than s’mores. From slowing down and being truly present, to the deep healing that comes from time in nature, to the life lessons of seeing a project through from start to finish, camping offers gifts that stay with us long after we pack up the tent. Whether you’re an experienced outdoor family or just curious about trying it, you’ll come away with inspiration (and maybe a few nudges) to get outside and reconnect—with your kids, yourself, and the earth.
