Joani Richardson is a 65-year-old elementary schoolteacher who first ran the AF Canyon Run Against Cancer just because it was a beautiful course and she lives an active, healthy life.

 

Then she got cancer herself, and — days after finishing surgery and chemo  — ran the AF Canyon Run Against Cancer anyway. And this year we're looking forward to having Joani celebrate being cancer-free for a year at the Run.
