Racing Xtra is mixing it up again and taking inspiration from our upcoming trip to Hong Kong, we're at Melbas Chinese Restaurant to preview this weekend's racing, the Hong Kong International Carnival kicking off next week and welcoming our newest team member Sarsha Cassidy.
