Shelby is a policy analyst, co-host of The Exceptional Conservative Show, and comentator for Project21 a black american public affairs arm of The Center for Public Policy Analysis. Shelby earned her BA in Political Theory Constitutional Democracy from James Madison College at Michigan State University with a double-major in Social Relations and Policy.
