Racism by any other name…?

Xenophobia, Brexit, Euroskeptism, Western Populism…It seems as though there is a new term or label that basically denotes the removal of people that aren't like the largest segment of the population in any particular country. What is happening globally that is causing this heightened exhibition of racial and cultural intolerance?
