If you ask a mixed race person what the most asked queation they hear is, I'm willing to bet its the dreaded, "What are you?"  YEP, that's the one!  In this episode we speak with mixed race men and woman across the U.S. and examine what racism has looked like growing up in their shoes.  As a biracial woman who's father is black and mother is white, I've certainly experienced racism and prejudice for being too light or too dark.  The journey of finding my racial identity was a tumultuous one at times, but its given me a perspective that I find invaluable now.  i'm eager to hear the experiences of others!
