This week we're talking about RACISM with Avery Francis.

As a Canadian entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Bloom, Avery advocates for diversity, inclusion and belonging. With all of her achievements and knowledge, Avery has assisted leading organizations in their business. Living her life as a black woman, she knows first-hand about the intersectionality exists in the world and what we can do to talk about it and act on it.

Elise sat down with Avery to discuss the ways in which she has been impacted in her own life, what people can do to have a tangible impact, and what it means not only to not be racist, but to be actively anti-racist.
