Attorney Chuck Pascal joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about the racist billboard in Worthington, Armstrong County.  The digital billboard says things like; "Coal Minors had it worse than slaves" and "Whites have rights too" and most recently it referrers to the Michael Rosfeld trial and says, "Legal system works, Justice served, get over it,"  Chuck Pascal says the billboard has been getting progressively worse over the last few months.  He also shares some background on the guy who owns the billboard.
