Chances are if you've ever rode a bike, hauled a bike or crashed a bike you've heard of Küat bike racks; from an idea and a pole barn to being in 15 international markets and being a part of the 2011 Men's Journal "Gear Of The Year", this company has been helmed by Luke Kuschmeader, a man of vision and ideas and an apparent aversion to the spotlight. Despite being one of the 2018 "40 Under 40" as designated in the Springfield Business Journal, Luke is a quiet, humble and remarkably kind person, and his company reflects his values. He's a serial entrepreneur who was willing to sit down for an hour over some kombucha and coffee and give me a glimpse into the history of Küat Innovations and narrate it's growth path. He's funny, he's sharp and I'm luck to call him a friend. Enjoy an hour of his mindset!
