Grab your deck, drop the fringe and be rad with your fave idiots as we recap the finale of the AWESOME finale of “X-Men 97” and then get nostalgic about the skateboarding culture of the 80s and bit, before discussing a criminally overlooked film “Gleaming the Cube”(1989). Starring Christian Slater and a very young Tony Hawk, right as both were on their respective upward star trajectory. This is more than a skate movie, it’s got a lot of cool elements and we had a rad time with this one, even if we both confess to being horrible skateboarders. Enjoy!
