My guest, Sara Caputo, MA is a dynamic productivity coach, consultant, and trainer based in Santa Barbara, California. She has diverse experience in group process facilitation, project management and team development. She is the founder of Radiant Organizing and author of the e-book, The Productivity Puzzle: What's Your Missing Piece?

Sara has a master's degree in organizational psychology from  Antioch University and is Nationally recognized as an expert in her field, Sara has been featured in “Working Woman” and “Success” magazines as well as on Forbes.com.
