One thing is for certain, we will all experience great pain & trauma in our lives. This pain may come from divorce, loss of a loved one, illness, loss of a job and so much more. This week's podcast guest, Beth Rubin, is an Art Therapist that experienced the painful loss of divorce for herself. She decided to go on a journey of working through her own pain by art journaling and sharing her art with others.

Now Beth speaks at conferences and symposiums to help other women use a creative outlet to work through their own pain and trauma. I know you are going to be just as inspired by Beth Rubin as I am. in fact, if you follow my Instagram page, you will often see me reposting and sharing her amazing art.
