Menstruation is always made to be such a taboo topic despite the fact that it is the most natural thing that humans born with vaginas can experience. It exists. It happens. EVERY month. Yet, for whatever reason, basic human anatomy is looked down upon as if we should be ashamed of our bodies and what changes are happening to us during this time.
