Y'all miss us??? We sure missed you guys! Welcome to the first RAP episode of 2022! We thought it would be so cool to save Episode 4 for the new year to aid in the unsolicited reflection process that January brings us every year. The topic is DISCIPLINE! The word itself can be kind if intimidating, but we are taking the time to dissect all of the different emotions and thoughts that come up when we take a look at it head on. We're discussing not only our current relationships with self-discipline, but also the very roots in which we were first introduced to it. We have so much to cover on this topic and we didn't hold back at all! So please start your new year off right and grab a journal as we discuss the ins and outs of what it really means to grow up!
