But how can we return to "business as usual" if there is quite literally NOTHING usual about the world we are living in as we are still battling COVID and our jobs insist on us coming back into the office as if the entire world didn't just shut down 2 years ago and the pandemic is still running rampant. We touch on mental health in the workplace, especially for black people, and people of color as our safe spaces and our neighborhoods are infiltrated by hate and violence of radicalized groups and ideals.
