Sona spends much of his time teaching mindfulness. He teaches people how to work with difficulties such as pain – whether physical, mental or emotional – illness and stress.
By using mindfulness and positive emotion we can let go of the things we really don’t need, including fixed views, so we can experience a greater degree of liberation and freedom.
