She combines this with more than 15 years of reading in the areas of meditation and yoga. She’s the first to admit how human she is and is supported by her meditation and yoga practice: from parenting to her relationship with her partner to dealing with her broken shoulder limiting her range of motion. Suzanne practices finding perspective and being present in her daily life. As both a Registered Yoga Teacher and, an ICF accredited Certified Health & Wellness Coach,she believes wellness is deep and encourages her clients to cultivate loving kindness & compassion for themselves, as well as a sense of humor, as they work toward small lifestyle changes that can take root and transform their lives.
