It was so fun to get deep and really get to know our friends on another level.

We are loving learning from our friends journey's. Michelle is a bit older than us and has DONE the research. Literally. She's a smarty pants academic who read up on all of the choices she made about taking HRT. She sits down with us today to talk about what she's using and how it's made her feel.

We're still trying to figure out where we will go, and where we stand with this. But we love bringing you along for the adventure of asking questions, getting curious, and thriving.

Ariel has carried 5 babies as a gestational surrogate which resulted in 4 live births – the most recent in the summer of 2023. Although Ariel is now retired as a surrogate, she continues to be an active presence in the fertility community and leverages her strong social media following to normalize all roads to parenthood for women and couples around the world. 

Just this summer she took a solo trip to Costa Rica, leaving her daughter, bonus daughters, and husband at home. FOR A MONTH! This inspired me, and I was so excited to welcome her to the podcast.

Christina, a wife and mother to four children, dedicates herself to supporting women and their families as a Traditional Birth Companion. Her journey into the realm of birth work started 13 years ago, following the birth of her fourth child. Opting for a home birth with a midwife after three conventional hospital births proved to be a pivotal decision that reshaped the trajectory of her life.

Christina firmly believes in the innate wisdom of the body and advocates for trusting the birth process. Driven by her passion and knowledge of physiological birth, she aims to share the message of strength and power, removing fear from the birthing experience. When you are approaching your due date there are a lot of decisions to be made, and things to consider. We usually have to give this pep talk to our clients just to remind them their body is wise, and they do not need to be medically managed to go into labour.
