The RC crew opens up a jam-packed week of Cascadian soccer news by reviewing last weekend's derby between Vancouver and Portland. Why did the Whitecaps start so slow again? We hit these questions and more as we discuss our second rivalry game of 2017.  Player salaries were released this week, and we go over the biggest steals and worst blunders on two of our clubs' rosters. We couldn't!  The big stadium news out of Portland gets plenty of attention.
