As the NPL Victoria season comes to a close and the A-League Women’s draws closer, the Radio Dub crew are finally renationalising!
To take the first step in this journey, this week’s edition is all about New South Wales, as Pokuah and Lachie are joined by two great guests to recap a thrilling NPL NSW Womens Grand Final last weekend which saw Macarthur Rams edge Northern Tigers on penalties.
First cab off the rank was 10 Football Commentator Teo Pellizzeri, who also called the NSW NPL Women’s Grand Final, to review the match, who impressed and which A-League Women’s contracted players acquitted themselves best on the day.
And speaking of player, Pokuah & Lachie also caught up with victorious Macarthur Rams midfielder Beth Gordon. The duo spoke to Beth about her experience of the game, the (successful) penalty she took in the shootout, her future A-League Women’s ambitions and (crucially) her plans for Macarthur Rams end of season celebrations.
