Against a backdrop of some pretty awful happenings in the world this week, I’ve spent some time choosing the playlist for Wednesday night’s show and it’s never felt quite so therapeutic to me. Something normal in a strange time of uncertainty and horror.

Tonight’s show starts with some music to inflate our spirits. We have some picks from a couple of excellent compilations from Hidden Shoal and Hibernate respectively. We have new Jesus and Mary Chain and we have the excellent Evvolves.

Next week, we’ll have some indie-christmas-cheer. I promise.
