Friday with Brent Winters

We did get to pull off a show this Friday and the net held up well the entire program.

Brent got into a case from the 7th Circut revolving around the 4th Amendment where marking a car tires with a piece of chalk was drawn to be traspassing. He was expanding on that when one of our original students, who has recently had time to come back around our group, Kay, called. I had turned Kay onto Brent and his work and she launched into a very complimentary dialogue concerning Brent and his Magna Carta series.

At that point the conversation drifted to Trump, Red Flag laws and other topics.

Brent did get back to the 4th Amendment case w/more legal background on that decision and why it is so interesting.

A number of our regulars, Bob, Daryl & Terrance joined in the conversation.
