Richard Manton of the Ryan Institute NUI Galway and Galway City Council's Transport Strategic Policy Committee, chats with Galway Bay FM's Keith Finnegan about transport and greenways. Richard is a postdoctoral researcher for CONSENSUS and is based in the School of Political Science and Sociology at NUI Galway.
