This week on “Gunalchéesh!”, we’ll hear Tlingit fluent speaker Marge Dutson talk about getting rough treatment for speaking her Lingit language in school. In between segments, we’ll hear two songs by the Haida Gwai Singers (Haida) as well as songs by Pamyua (Yupik), Dr. Erma Lawrence (Haida), Chrisann Justice (Inupiaq), and Dionne Brady-Howard (Lingit).  K’yuuhlgáansii hosts from Lingit Aani (Tlingit Land) in Sitka, Alaska.
