The Jay Uiberall Foundation honors the legacy of Memphis restaurateur Jay Uiberall by supporting causes near and dear to Jay’s heart. Jay was a leader in the Beale Street business community and co-owner of Automatic Slim’s, Alfred’s On Beale, Dyer’s, Ubee’s, and Catering for U. As a grant–making organization, JUF seeks to partner with nonprofits in the Greater Memphis area that offer new and innovative programs that fulfill our vision but may lack financial resources.
