He currently oversees culinary strategy and operations for The Ivy Asia and Harry’s Dolce Vita, guiding kitchen teams across the UK and the Middle East.

Simon and the team have recently opened Harry’s King’s Cross and they’ll be opening a new venue in Covent Garden this autumn.
