We're sticking with the foodie theme from last week'sepisode with The Ivy's Simon Gregory - today, we're chatting with Jeff Galvin of the renowned Galvin Brothers, who’ve made a big mark on London's dining scene over the past few decades.

Jeff started out as a commis chef at the Savoy Hotel and steadily worked his way up through some of the city’s most iconic restaurants before teaming up with his brother to open their own.

This year marks 20 years since Jeff and his brotherChris launched their restaurant empire.

We invited Jeff to reflect on his remarkable career as a restaurateur, a journey that saw him oversee as many as 15 restaurants at the peak of their success and earned a Michelin Star for Galvin La Chapelle in Spitalfields in 2011.
