The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency is contributing more than 25 million US dollars to ensure cleaner water, an improved sewage system and better energy efficiency in Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

The Tällberg Forum - a major international gathering --is taking place in Sweden this week. Radio Sweden wanted to find out what has brought 400 notables from around the world to come together in the North.

And - many of us take it for granted, but could future water shortage lead to major conflicts? Or - could it rather serve as a unifying factor?
