Together, they discuss how the book came together, and how they were able to turn hundreds of hours of interviews into a book. Also, they talk about basketball history and Rafe shares a number of his favorite anecdotes like how Spencer Haywood struggled to get a passport for the 1968 Olympics and what David Stern was doing when he saw the Malice at the Palace.
