Amidst the standoff in Parliament between the government and the opposition - more importantly the Congress - there was another flash point today. Ironically, in the middle of the ruckus and political noise, the House went silent for almost 20 minutes. No, this wasn't the House suddenly in order. After five days of continuous logjam, the question is: who is benefitting from this - the BJP or the Congress?
